Manufacturing Technique

Seamless pipe process: There are two processes: cold rolling and hot rolling. The steel pipe produced by cold rolling process will be more cumbersome than that by hot rolling. The steel pipe shall be rolled with three rolls, and then pressed and calibrated. After treatment, the surface of the steel pipe shall be checked for cracks. The whole steel pipe shall be cut to form a billet on one side, and then annealed, pickled, and then pressed and calibrated.
